- Heavy Equipment Operator: Eligible candidates must be able to operate heavy equipment including but not limited to an excavator, thumb, bulldozer, track loader and rubber tire loader. Candidates must possess the ability to neatly segregate materials for recycling/disposal. Prior demolition experience is a must.
- Demolition Foreman: Eligible candidate must be able to coordinate daily activities as they pertain to the various jobs taking place at any given time. Candidate must be able to read plans and specifications. Candidates must be able to follow and communicate instructions clearly and concisely and ensure that all work is completed according to specs. Candidate will work directly with various levels of company management as well as working directly with clients. Candidate must be able to effectively multi-task. Reliability and dependability is a must.
- Lowboy Driver: Eligible candidates must have a good working knowledge of federal and local DOT regulations regarding the transport of all types of equipment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have a current DOT physical, clean driving record and valid Class A driver’s license.
- Crushing Plant Opertator: Eligible candidates must be able to set up, prepare and adjust crushing plant machinery including but not limited to the crusher, screener , loader and excavator. Candidate must be able to accurately read equipment specifications to ensure that the equipment is adjusted for the various types of aggregate being processed. Familiarity with various types of aggregate is a plus.
- Demolition Laborers: Eligible candidates must be familiar with interior/selective demolition. Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have the ability to work as a team but also be able to work independently,follow directions and work under minimal supervision.
- Truck Driver: Eligible candidates must have a good working knowledge of federal and local DOT regulations regarding the transport of all types of materials. Must have experience driving dump trailers. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have a current DOT physical, clean driving record and valid Class A driver’s license.
- Asbestos Abatement Supervisors/Workers: Eligible candidates must have a strong knowledge of Federal/State asbestos, lead and other hazardous materials abatement regulations. Supervisory candidate must have the ability to multi-task and effectively carry out abatement procedures following all regulations. Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all paperwork pertaining to the various types of abatement being performed are filled out in its entirety and accurately this includes but is not limited to internal company daily reports, job site reports, waste manifests etc. All certifications/licensure for either position must be current. Candidates must have a current physical. Licensure in both VA and NC are a plus.
- Grounds Maintenance: Eligible candidates are responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment and various utility systems. Candidates must possess a general knowledge of plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance. Must be proficient with the use of power equipment as well as hand tools.
